Orders are sent in resealable plastic bags, and packaged in cotton filled, cardboard craft, jewelry boxes, tied with a pretty chocolate brown, satin ribbon. Perfect for gifts!

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, if for any reason you are unhappy you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Items may be returned for a refund (minus shipping and tax).
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on custom jewelry.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS? TOP
Of course! If you see something on the website that you would like altered, or changed, to specifically meet your needs, we will work with you in order to make that happen. You may also come to us with an idea that you have not seen on the website, and we will work with you in creating that/those piece/s.
With custom orders please allow at least 3-4 weeks for your work to be finished.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW, HANDCRAFTED JEWELRY? TOP
In order to maintain the beauty of your handcrated jewelry for years to come, proper care is important. Here are some easy steps to follow.
Storage-To prevent your sterling silver jewelry from tarnishing, keep them in a cool dry place, ideally in an airtight jewelry box, or put each piece of jewelry in an airtight bag, like a small ziplock bag.
Exposure- Avoid contact of your jewelry with perfumes, chemicals, make up, hairspray, sea salt, pool water, etc. These items will cause the stones, and metals to look dull, and leave a film. Putting on your jewelry should be the last thing your do before leaving home!
Cleaning- It is suggested that you use a silver polishing cloth to clean the metals. For the semi-precious stones, it is best to use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners and harsh jewelry chemical cleaners, they will tend to ruin the stones.
